Chao-ching Phillips, Esq. graduated from National Taiwan University and McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific with an LLM in International Business Transactions. She also received an accounting certificate from Lone Star College, Houston, TX and is currently in the process of obtaining her Certified Public Accountant license. She is permitted to practice in New York State, and the Federal Courts of the United States. She served over 10 years as Corporate counsel for several multinational corporate and legal firms where she received broad commercial law and finance experience.
